GROUND ZERO 1999 TRIDENT CAMPAIGN


 
The Ground Zero 1999 Trident Campaign is now underway. The primary goal of the campaign is to stop the upgrade of Trident submarines from C4 to the new D5 missiles. The cost of this project alone is estimated to be around $6.4 billion and clearly does not demonstrate any kind of a committment by the United States to work towards a world free of nuclear weapons.
